Theatre Workshops

Workshops are available in playwriting, directing, acting, educational theatre, and children’s theatre.

• Playwriting workshops focus on subject, focus, point of view, character development, and dialogue.
• Directing workshops deal with the basics such as casting, script analysis, and blocking.  Participants learn about the manipulation of energy on the stage.
• Acting workshops focus on the use of body and voice, and character development using a wide variety of techniques.
• Workshops in theatre education cover a wide range of options for teachers seeking to develop curriculums using the stage as a primary tool.
• Children’s Theatre Workshops focus on keeping children central to the process.

Program Consultation and Script Doctor

Jeanne is available for both script and program consultation.  She has taught playwriting for fifteen years, and holds workshops in playwriting, directing and acting.  She has been a program administrator and has a strong, nurturing feedback style. Individual consultations offer immediate, one on one work in many areas.
